Applications will not be available through an online submission process due to the sensitive nature of the information.   Sr. Mary O'Donovan will be your contact person throughout the application process.

COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement: Due to the nature of our ministry to the elderly, we require that participants be vaccinated and to provide proof of vaccination during application. Each state has different requirements and Sr. Mary will inform you at the time of application of the requirements of that State in which the program is being held/
